High 5 PHP Review Script
By installation and consequent usage of the High 5 Review site application
("Licensed Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms
and conditions of this License outlined below. Please note the purpose
of the license is to protect your purchase and the application from
being pirated illegally and enables us to continue further development
of the application.
The code and design of the Licensed Software is © Copyright to
Owen Burek 2008 with all rights reserved.
i) You may not distribute this code, in full or in part, in any way.
ii) The license of the software extends to the life of the website,
unless leased which expires after 52 weeks.
ii) Please don't remove the footer link and reference to "High
5" without prior arangement, or you're license may be suspended.
iv) The code may not be used on any other domain or server other than
the one registered and licensed by designmind.co.uk. The license is
non-transferable.
v) You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or create works based
on the Licensed Software for distribution or usage outside your domain.
vi) You may not use the Licensed Software in such as way as to condone
or encourage terrorism, promote or provide pirated Software, or any
other form of illegal or damaging activity.
vii) THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND THE DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED TO THE
CLIENT AS IS. DESIGNMIND (DESIGNMIND.CO.UK) AND ITS PROPRIETORS MAKE
NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING
TO THE USE, PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE
USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPGRADES.
DESIGNMIND AND ITS PROPRIETORS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO THE CLIENT
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS
OR ALTERATION OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS AND/OR LOSS OF EMPLOYEE
WORK TIME. IN ANY EVENT, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DESIGNMIND SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AGGREGATE PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY DESIGNMIND HEREUNDER.
viii) Designmind retains full ownership right to the source code that
has been developed.
iix) Upon purchasing the Software, the Client acknowledges that due
to the intangible nature of this product, refunds are not provided unless
deemed, by our discretion to be appropriate.
ix) Upon purchasing the Software it is assumed that the server requirements
have been met and the Client has run the check.php file which checks
the server has the required Ioncube loaders installed.
x) If the Client breaches any part of the terms explained above, we
reserve the right to terminate your license and you agree to remove
any copies of the code you may have and uninstall the code from your
server.
